Panic has sparked via all the social media platforms after several sources reported that the CEO of AMAA, Peace Anyiam-Osigwe, Is Dead

According to several sources, the Nigerian filmmaker and founder of the African Movie Academy Awards, Peace Anyiam-Osigwe died in Lagos on Tuesday.

Her colleague, Obi Emelonye, confirmed her death via his Instagram handle where he captioned his nostalgia

He shared her photograph and wrote:

“Thank you and good night dada Peace. 🕯🕯🕯🕯”
